Adults get 11 percent of calories from fast food

ATLANTA (AP) — On an average day, U.S. adults get roughly 11 percent of their calories from fast food, a government study shows.

Bill Palladino – MLUI‘s insight:

Frankly, I’m a bit shocked the average is so low. So many people are habituated to the convenience (and yes fastness) of fast food.  I’d put our family in the 1% or below category (we have a ten year old boy at home). How much do you think you consume of fast food?
