NEW YORK — A big government study has fingered leafy greens like lettuce and spinach as the leading source of food poisoning, a perhaps uncomfortable conclusion for health officials who want us to eat our vegetables.
Unfortunately there appears to be no data comparing small farms to factory-sized farms and this food safety crisis. I’d also be interested in the impact mileage from origin has on this issue. Are organics differentiated. A lot of questions here.
